Why should I work with a Virtual Assistant?

What is your take on process?

After the initial contact we will arrange a mutually convenient time for a full consultation via Skype, during the call we will establish exactly what you need help with. Following the call, we will provide you with a proposal and a contract to sign. Once signed our partnership begins.

 

How will I be billed?

To begin with depending on your package you will be invoiced after the first 5 hours or two weeks whichever comes sooner. You will then be invoiced for your chosen  package, monthly in advance. Payment is via Bank Transfer.
If you use an accountant/bookkeeper etc. or work on a specific payment date, then please advise us in advance and we will work with you to ensure smooth billing.

 

How do you track your time?

We track time for each client/project via software from Toggle. This report is then provided to you monthly with your next invoice. This enables us to see how you are using your time and if any adjustments are needed.

 

How do we share information?

We can share information in a variety of ways. Depending on the nature of the work undertaken this can be via email, secure email transfer from We Transfer, file sharing via Dropbox or through a task management system such as Teamwork.
